Who manages or "runs" the club?

The business of the club is managed by the Board of Directors, made up of the seven club officers and six elected directors. The Board meets on the 1st Thursday of each month (with rare and brief special meetings on Thursday after the regular Club meeting as necessary). Board meetings are open to all members, and they are encouraged to attend and participate in discussions, although only board members may vote.
